THIS IS THE WORST LEASH EVER!! I bought it back in December and just got it in July. I tried returning it and get the package back! It says they moved!
Please save your money and deal with two separate leashes!!

I'm upgrading my previous review. I finally received the freedom leash after 5 long months of zero communication from the company. I had emailed twice and left 2 voicemails begging for some confirmation that my order still existed, but never received any response. I finally got an email stating that the leashes had finally come in and that I needed to call to confirm that I still wanted it. After that little song and dance, I finally got it. First impressions: The handle is HUGE (and heavy). The pictures don't really do it justice. I have a 4 lb and a 10 lb dog so I'm pretty used to small leashes. The true testament here is that for as much as they run back and forth and cross each other, the leads never stay tangled for more than a few seconds. That alone makes this leash worth it. The only thing that is missing is an attached baggie dispenser. A flashlight would be awesome for those night walks, but not a necessity.
All in all, my customer service experience with this company has been a 1.5/5, and the satisfaction with the leash itself would be a 4/5. I'm going to have to get creative on attaching a bag dispenser.
